Radial Shock Wave Therapy

The Swiss DolorClast Method® is a well researched evidence based system that uses Radial Shockwave Therapy (RSWT).

Shockwaves are passed through the skin using the Swiss DolorClast® Shockwave Unit to the injured part of the body to affect the area directly which initiates your body's immune response, providing immediate pain relief and long term physiological changes to target tissue.

The shockwaves are mechanically generated. They are audible, low energy sound waves, which work by increasing blood flow to the injured area. This initiates an inflammation-like response in the injured tissue, accelerating the body’s healing process by increasing cell generation and dissolving calcium deposits.
